Londes Digital Marketing - Rochester NY

Careers

Need a change of scenery?  We’re looking for hard-working, talented people with a passion for online marketing and analytics.

Company Culture

The next generation of web professionals

Online business is no longer the “new thing.” The past decade, many people sold SEO services or website design with nothing more than a little business acumen, confidence, and a nice smile. This frequently didn’t end well for the client, giving SEO professionals and designers alike a bad name. That kind of reputation is something we’re working hard to change.

We’re educated.

Everyone in our office has a 4-year degree in a business or computer-related field. Plus, we’ve got a couple MBA’s as well. We do more than create websites and marketing campaigns that look nice: we create marketing solutions that are strategic, targeted, measurable, and are transparently designed to produce effective, long-term results for our clients.

We work hard.

Internet marketing isn’t a passive profession. The online world is constantly changing, so not only do we have to serve our clients at the highest level, but we also need to stay up-to-date with the latest technological developments to stay ahead of the curve. If your idea of work is coming in at 9 and tapping your fingers on your desk until you leave at 5, then we’re probably not a great fit for you. But if you’re passionate about what you do, strive to be the best, and want to be part of a group that shares your desire to excel, then you’ll be right at home.

We’re young.

The average age at our agency is 26. We told you we were young. But we’re also very professional. Our group is very serious about our work and have a collective expectation that all the work we produce and consulting we deliver are of the highest quality.

We have fun.

Just because we take our work seriously doesn’t mean we’re always serious. We occasionally enjoy a Friday afternoon beverage, speak sarcasm as a second language, and will destroy anyone who challenges us to Super Smash Brothers or Mario Kart.

Benefits & Extra Curricular Activities

You work hard. We want you to be happy.

We realize we expect a lot out of you.  We’re a small team, but we do what we can to keep things fresh and interesting.  That’s why we like to approach things a little bit differently.

Entrepreneurship Support

Every week, we set aside time to develop our own ideas and websites.  Our employees have great ideas, and we have the tools to help implement them.  We invest in our employees, partnering with them and providing the resources necessary to make some pretty unique online experiences.  If you’re passionate about start-ups and turning big ideas into big realities, then working with us will certainly add an interesting dimension for you.  Take a look at the projects we’re working on!

Community Support

We believe in giving back to the community.  Not only do we directly support a number of non-profits that are working to make the world a better place, but we support and sponsor our employee’s endeavors when it comes to non-profit work.

Company Events

LDM events are a little more than the occasional trust fall or puzzle.  From office Olympics to frequent happy hours, we genuinely enjoy spending time together, and it’s nice to get out and be able to do that without concentrating on deadlines or conversion metrics.

Benefits & Compensation

We give our employees money too!  Of course it’s calculated appropriately based on education and experience, but we’re quick to reward employees who are doing a great job and building our business.  We also provide health insurance, paid vacation and sick days, and a 401k plan to those interested.  Our Keurig stays fairly well-stocked too, just don’t tell the coffee shop downstairs.
